[b]Why should you be chosen for this position? (Experience, knowledge, etc.): I have been in CO positions on 3 servers and an officer on almost every other. I have been playing star wars RP’s for the majority of my time on Gmod and have plenty of references if you wish to hear others opinions. I believe that PT shouldn’t be troopers just marching around MHB or marching in general, I personally believe that PT should help a trooper learn or improve their skills such as climb swep, accuracy, trigger discipline, faces and formations. I tend to make my tryouts not incredibly hard because I believe that troopers given the proper motivation can become better than they are. It is for this reason that during tryouts I prefer to test their intellect as well as their combat capabilities and not give them sections designed to fail them. By doing so I can determine if a trooper is capable of doing what is required in the appropriate situations. In terms of knowledge I can name off every formation and a couple extras I have and tell you exactly how to do them. I also enjoy learning the lore of battalions so I can safely say that if there is something I’m unaware of I will gladly research it. Finally I believe that I would be a good candidate for a CO position because I enjoy teaching troopers as well as leading them.
