(Experience, knowledge, etc.):[/color][color=#000000]I have over 300 hours of experience on Garry's mod with leading and staffing and I have shown to be mature and capable of fulfilling my job/mission and I personally am huge fan of the new Imperial Super Commandos from there original appearance in legends to there new version in rebels, that's why I would like to lead this elite unit specifically. I have lead over dozen battalions on clone wars RP, military RP and halo RP. I've lead every unit on Star wars from being generic clone CO to ARC Captain, Marine's on Military, and ODST on Halo. Many of the staff on the server have both served  with me and under me and can attest to this. With these experiences I have gained a great understanding on how to make a battalion fun but also serious to the point where everyone can still have a enjoyable time. I’ve also learned from my many experiences as a basic trooper in many units a understanding of what a leader needs to be for a player to stay loyal to a unit and to a server. I will make this unit what is should be a elite unit only allowing those who I've seen to be able to perform at a much higher than standard when compared to your average player. To further exemplify my leadership qualities I’ve never been one shy to criticism to my opinions and decisions, I follows this in my life and in game. If somebody has a valid reason to question me be it staff or a player I will listen and take it into account when I make future decisions. So in conclusion I believe I should be taken into consideration for Imperial Super Commandos CO because of my previous experiences and leadership traits which in my opinion make me qualified for this roll.[/color][/b]
